 manga example of ILI/SEE duality
A pretty darn good one, actually. There's a heavy focus on her weak Fe and Fi, but she ends up getting tons of Fi from the other characters, so it's all good. There's even an EIE trying to interfere with them. Good times. (Well, good considering it's shoujo.) http://www.onemanga.com/Kimi_ni_Todoke/

Re: manga example of ILI/SEE duality
I read it. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but the idea of a man/boy forcing affection on a girl (relationship or no) and its being ok, even romantic, is getting very old for me. Nor do I see the point of kissing someone as "punishment"; seems like she would eventually come to associate his kiss with feelings of fear or discomfort, even if involuntarily.

Re: manga example of ILI/SEE duality
He was half joking... teasing would be the proper word for it. And it wasn't that he kissed her, it was that he kissed her in public. That's very much a cultural thing.

Re: manga example of ILI/SEE duality
The couple in Yandere Kanojo is probably SxE/ILI. She's a delinquent who is prone to spontaneous violence and tenderness; he's a scrawny honor student with little facial expression who is very laid back and polite, and who takes Reina's beatings amazingly well. They're keeping their relationship a secret, since if it got out that she was dating such a wimp, it would seriously hurt her image.
It's a gag manga, nothing serious, but it does have storylines (it's not the gag a day type, save for the first volume or so). It's quite funny.

In the process of watching Kimi ni Todoke, and squeeing repeatedly. It's so cute. Hm, re: the thread on the16types, I agree with Kazehaya's lack of . He's not the driven/strive against the odds sort that most fictional SEEs seem to be, even in shoujo manga. He's adorable... *squee*
